[authors] PING Michele and Gary: Writer Guide chapters 6 & 7 on styles

I have edited and slightly reorganised Michele's version of these two 
chapters from 15 Jan 08. Among other things (mostly trivial, some 
wording and page break fixes and some cropping of screenshots), I moved 
the section on conditional styles from Ch6 to Ch7 and moved the section 
containing an example of creating new paragraph styles from Ch7 to Ch6 
(where it was originally). I think it fits well in Ch6 and is a good 
example of what one can do without an in-depth understanding of the Page 
Style dialog as is given in Ch7.
