I have now uploaded my latest version of the draft template.

Please see my list of changes outlined in a previous note. In addition
to those changes, I have created a new paragraph style
(OOoCopyrightPage) for the headings on the Copyright page, so they do
not get listed in the ToC. I couldn't think of any value of having
these headings listed in the ToC, but perhaps there is some reason
that I couldn't think of. If so, I'm sure you'll tell me! :-)
I also created an additional page style (OOoOneColumn) for use when
something just doesn't fit into the two-column layout despite all
efforts to do so. But really, that is intended to be used as a last
resort.
