[authors] OOoTextBody paragraph style for OOo3.0 user guides

Regarding the OOoTextBody paragraph style om tje landscape template: I 
had experimented with using less space between paragraphs and 
indenting the first line of the paragraph. Several people have stated 
a preference for returning to our previous styles of using no first 
line indent and more space between paragraphs. I am happy to make that 
change during my next template update. Does anyone object?
