While I was looking for the answer to Alexandro's question, I found 
where to do two things that I couldn't find last month. :-)

The top navigation bar now has a tab for User Guide 3, and the old 
User Guide tab has been renamed User Guide 2. The FAQs tab has been 
moved to a different position.

In the User Guide 3 folder itself, the licensing logos are now the 
correct ones for CCBY and GPL.
