I could not find it either, but I don't know Plone very well.
You will not find this menu until we switch to the actual plone version.
Its one of the new features (not available with the current version)
Marko should be able to help you, but I think he is busy and does not
read his Authors email very often.
In deed, but I've got a 'hickup' telling me, that I have to check out my
OOoauthors mail today ;-)
I did give you some more permissions, so perhaps you will see more
things now. Sorry I can't help more.

BTW: What do You mean with 'wiki styled view'? Perhaps I can find a
solution for our old version.
