I discovered a new problem with applying the template this evening. I'm
not sure what's happening, but it appears to delete an image. Here's
how to reproduce...
Open: 0202WG-SettingUpWriter_20080715.odt

Go to Page 6. The list numbers under "Choosing options that affect all
of OOo" should be outside of the left margin.
Select: File -> Templates -> Assign New and choose OOo3_chapter_template.ott
The list styles pop back into the margin, but the image for Figure 1
vanishes.

All the styles are the same as in version 10 so applying this template
should not cause any formatting changes to the documents.
Just to de-clutter a bit I moved all the experimental templates and
samples in a directory called "Obsolete".
I have also created a simple spreadsheet from the release notes that
came with OOo-Dev m25 that lists all the new Writer features. I put
some comments in the last column indicating what we have already
documented and what we haven't.

I am not very happy with this document so if I find some time I will
create a page on the wiki so it will be easier to update, maintain and
add other areas we want to document.
