As I understand it the bug occurs when paragraph styles are replaced.
I will try to trace the bug Andre mentioned so we can write the
correct status.

Good. Whoever created the process we follow did an excellent job. I
have a question on the process though. Say I am the maintainer of a
chapter and I have accepted/rejected the reviewer's changes:
- what are the naming conventions? chapterName_date or
chapterName_initials_date?
- where do I upload it? should there be a "published" folder or should
such folder created and populated by Gary?

What would the missing chapters talk about? In the next two weeks I
have agreed to write a couple of articles for a French magazine (only
$30 USD/page unfortunately), but I could have a go after that
commitment if the chapters are about something I am familiar with.
