We are getting started to translate the Getting Started guide into
Dutch, being well aware that the docs are still in draft version. In
this way we can also inform you if we encounter some problems. While
downloading your magnificient texts, I notice that most of the chapters
cannot be edited. Is there any special reason or is it some bug? I am
working under Windows XP SP2.
