[authors] PING Gary: Getting Started guide chapters ready for final editing

Gary,
I would be grateful if you could find the time to final-edit the Getting 
Started guide chapters after I have reviewed Michele's and others' 
comments. As you know, I am not good on details, especially when I have 
written a lot of the material myself... so the book would benefit 
greatly from your attention.

I have created a new folder for files that I believe are ready for final 
editing. http://oooauthors.org/en/authors/userguide3/gs3/for_editing/ 
There is nothing in it yet, but I hope to have some chapters ready soon.
