I have updated two sections in this chapter: the one on creating one
file from a master document and its subdocuments, and the one on
cross-referencing between subdocuments. In the former, I added a step
about removing sections and a note about the instructions given in the
Help. For the latter, I used the section on setting references from the
Fields chapter.
I have *NOT* reviewed the rest of the chapter to ensure it is up-to-date
for OOo3. And because it had not been reviewed before, I have put it
into the Drafts folder instead of the Feedback folder, and submitted it
for review.
