I intend to have all the individual chapters of the Getting Started
guide available to the public through the Documentation website by the
release date, although I will probably not have a full book with index
compiled by then. Numerous chapters will still need thorough editing,
but that can happen when Gary (or someone else) has time. We're always
tidying up the rough edges of our chapters, and I see no reason to
delay availability because of those rough edges.
The accuracy of content is the first priority at this time, so I'll
keep working my way through the reviews that have already been done,
and eagerly awaiting reviews of the other chapters. Also checking some
things that I've spotted myself!
Michele, how are you going on Chapter 5 (GS with Calc) and Appendix B?

I had most copyediting of chapter 1 done a couple weeks ago. I might hit
that later tonight now that I'm between editing gigs again for an
uncertain time.
