[authors] File names for OOo3 books and chapters

I propose to add a 3 into the filename of published chapters, like this:
0100GS3-GettingStarted  [the full book]
0101GS3-IntroducingOOo  [Chapter 1]
0102GS3-SettingUpOOo    [Chapter 2]
...
and so on; similar for the other books.
Even though the OOo3 books and chapters will be stored in different 
directories on our website and on Docs, once people download them they 
quite likely will lose track of which files are for what version of OOo.

This should help make it clear that these chapters are for OOo3, or at 
least identify them unambiguously when someone says "I found an error in 
..." ;-)

This change will be much more important for books other than Getting 
Started, where the chapter numbers and names have not changed. (Most of 
the GS3 chapters are different from the GS2 ones.)

Any comments or better ideas?
