The published Chapter 1 of GS was copyedited. A fair amount of changes
were made. Reviewers, writers could check them, etc. before this chapter
is put to bed.
Also, I tentatively altered an item that probably should be modified in
the template--concerning the vertical centering of the OOoTableText
paragraph style. The 2-pt vertical spacing after the paragraph throws
off the vertical centered alignment by 2 points.
