Not major changes apart from having added a section describing what the
meaning of the Formats section of the insert reference dialog box does.
Excellent, Michele! Thanks for adding that info, and for your other
changes. I have made some minor copyediting changes and put my latest
version of the chapter in the "For editing" folder.
Yesterday I did not find time to work on Chapter 7, but I hope to do so
today.
