Michele, if you're making more changes to Ch6, you may wish to amend this one as well. Otherwise, I think it is ready to move to the "for editing" folder.

I made only minor copyediting and page break changes to this file, plus
replacing the image for Figure 32, so I have put it back into the Drafts
folder to replace the earlier iteration, and submitted it for further
review.
