[authors] WG - Working With Styles, V. 3

I just uploaded the edited version of this (to the Feedback folder, this
time!).  I found the part on numbered lists difficult to follow, but
that may well be because I know so little about using styles.  Wish I
could offer some suggestions about how to make it easier to use, but I'm
not coming up with any ideas.
