I have further revised and updated Ch13, Working with Master Documents,
returned it to the WG3 Drafts folder, and submitted it for review. In
addition to updates for OOoV3, I removed the details and examples of
page and paragraph styles, as these topics are better covered in other
chapters. If the existing coverage in Chapters 6 & 7 is not adequate,
let's put more info there, or in Gary's proposed tutorial on book
publishing... but not in this chapter.
