Chapter 1's ToC has this for its first two members:

The first read: (before it was reformatted): 2 for Copyright 2 and
the second read 1 for What is Writer?. Why is the Copyright page 2,
whereas the first page for the exposition is labeled page 1?
User error by someone (probably me) who wasn't paying attention to the
page numbers after reformatting into the new template.
Because the WG3 chapters are designed for onscreen reading, we had
agreed that numbering should be sequential from the title page, with
the first visible number appearing on page 3, which is the first page
of the Table of contents. Of course, the Table of contents shows the
Copyright page as 2. The first page of the exposition would usually be
5 (assuming the typical ToC is 2 pages).

I am toying with renumbering each chapter's pages from where the
previous chapter left off, as long as there is a continuous sequence of
copyedited chapters starting with chapter 1.
I did alter the template for a few TableText styles, centering those
three or four styles vertically by 2.0pt. Also, in chapter 1 of the WG,
one of the Tools had been renamed, but wasn't caught.
Also, some exposition about the Standard (Viewing Mode) toolbar was added.
