[authors] [Impress Guide]: retracted chapters 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7

Hello All,

I will be reviewing the first 7 chapters of the Impress Guide. Actually I
did not retract chapter 1 since I read it and as far as I am concerned it is
OK so I will leave to someone else the honour of reviewing it.
