Hello, As I am the maintainer of these chapters, if I was to follow the procedures I should not have used tracking of changes, but I did anyway. There are no major changes to the contents of these chapters but if someone has a minute to review the changes I proposed it would be great.
I have also chapter 7 with me, but so far I did not find anything worth adding. Cheers, Michele
