To upload the file, log in to the oooauthors website and go to
http://oooauthors.org/en/authors/userguide3/calc3/cg3_feedback/
Choose Add New Item > File and fill in the fields (no need for detail in
the Description field).
Click the Browse button and navigate to the file and select it.
Click Save. The upload process seems to take forever, even on a high
speed connection, but it should complete within a few minutes. There is
no progress indicator.
If you have difficulties, you can send the file directly to me and I'll
deal with it.
