I'm Niuxiaolei (user name in OOoAuthor.org is ' RedOffice_N '), I'm one
of the translator of OOo software (from English to Simplified Chinese). Many
users in our language say that thers is no user manual of our language, so we
plan to translate the OOoAuthors.org's user guide. And I want to be a author
role ,then I can upload the Chinese version after we accomplish the translation.
