There is no such thing as better or worse for these two options. I personally would prefer your second option. In this case, everyone can upload the translated files themselves and does not need you to upload the files. This means, that you don't have to interrupt, what you're doing. Or you don't forget, to upload a file, if you have to postpone the upload for a bit. The only thing needed for this scenario is, that all contributors need the author role as well, but this can be done very quick. ;) Hope, this helps. Sigrid
