CG3 Ch1 Introducing Calc: revision includes Andy's and Gary's edits, 
some replacement pix, two new topics (the Navigator and the Status bar) 
and an expanded section on saving s/s. No doubt I've introduced new 
errors. ;-)  Submitted for further review.
