/es/index.html at least should be public but also other folders as well.
You should be able to see and change the "State" at the right hand end
of the blue bar.
I just fixed /es/index.html. I don't know why it was showing "visible",
but I changed it to "Publish". Now everyone should be able to see it. I
see that some of the other folders are "published" and some are not.
The new Plone instance may have this same problem. We'll have to check
the state of everything after it's live.
