After you open a chapter first thing to do is activate the "record
changes" feature under the Edit drop down menu. You can also add notes
if you need to make a point about a change.
When I start a review I turn on the record changes and then save the
file, change the "date" part and adding "_AB" just before the .odt
extension. This allows several people to review and upload files but
keep the naming scheme consistent.
