I would suspect that they are in an AutoText from somewhere,
which would have to be downloaded and imported...
AFAIK, AutoText doesn't automagically come with either the
document or the template.
If someone wants to put them into an AutoText they do it themselves. I doubt
many (if any) people do. I know I don't.
Looking for info on the OOA site, I found a couple of references to a
"Template How-to", but no trace of that document (at least under
"Contributor resources" < UG3).
What used to be the "template how-to" is now included in the chapter template
itself. I should find and purge from the website any references to a separate
document, to avoid confusing people.
