I think there are more than one status between the draft and the published
document. The workflow should represent this, because the roles are clear and

Fine... Anything to make any reviewing or editing clearer. I might
resume with copyediting again, now that there appears to be a critical
mass of newly reviewed and rewritten material.
Still, the current workflow-in-process pipeline can be a bit confusing
as to what is what...
