Definitely not separate chapters; the topics are too short. If Michele
gets a chance, he may say where he thinks these topics should go.
Otherwise... here are my best guesses. I have not checked the program
itself or thoroughly looked at the existing book, so I could be
completely wrong.
The first item (Comments) would be a section in an existing chapter. I
can't decide where it would most logically go; Chapter 1, perhaps?
BTW, have a look at how the Notes feature is written up in the Writer
Guide (I think it's in Chapter 3). We have not yet revised that
section to include the new name of Comments (and any changes in
functionality), but it will give you an idea of one way to write the
section. Of course, Comments may work somewhat differently in Impress;
I don't know, as I haven't tried it yet. (And Notes in Impress are a
completely different feature.)
The second item (new page count field) might be best added to the
existing section in Chapter 3 about text fields (but see if that is
logical when you're using the program). It may also fit in Chapter 2,
in the section on "Adding text to all slides". BTW, the third link in
the quoted material below is also about the page count field; it's not
a separate item.
You might find this easier if you just start reviewing the chapters
against the 3.2 beta. As you go through the chapters, you might find
the places where the new material will fit logically. That's usually
the way I do it.

You will probably curse me out under your breath as you read
this...hahahaha. OK, I am a very literal person. So with the first link,
I could try to create a chapter or section that would explain "comments"?
Same thing for the other two links?

Randy,
Michele Zarri recently posted a list of changes in OOo3.2 that need to
go into the user guides. You may already know about the changes to
Impress:
Impress and Draw now support comments (formerly known as sticky notes)

New text field "Page Count" in impress/draw i14832

In addition, IIRC there are some places in the IG where info is
incomplete, and some pix may be out of date (showing an old icon set).
Michele may have a list of items he knows need to be changed. And as
in all the books, some explanations can no doubt be improved.
