Randy, no problem. We often have 2 people review a chapter at the same
time. However, in this case, you have in fact not or duplicated any
work, because the chapter you reviewed is dated January 2009, which
was when either Michelle Zarri or I updated it from V2.x.
I won't get a chance for several days (perhaps a week) to go through
your comments in detail and give you some feedback. Please don't let
that stop you from carrying on with reviewing other chapters.
