Gary, in another note you said that you've had to revert to v3.1, so
does that mean you didn't verify Ch13 against V3.2? Since Stephen Buck
says he's done so, I guess that's covered, but I like to know.

There were some 3.2 notes made by Steve. I left one of them stand and
only accepted the copy edit of his. I could not verify one of the two
because I got annoyed with 3.2 and reverted a day before. One error was
obvious, though, as the initial author (and subsequent reviewers) had
listed the incorrect menu for a command--I changed it to the right one.
The other copy errors are mostly minor, although I got picky, picky over
some formatting errors--even though some only involved spaces (others in
the same vein involved periods or commas having minor cosmetic errors in
format). I fixed those but left all those notes to indicate where they
previously were. The other edits were not committed from their edit
tracking. .
A few missing character styles corrected. And there is a manual override
in the text, making a bold italic because we do not have such an animal
among our character styles. Need to make one...
