I started putting together a test master document for the GS book and
discovered that some further tweaking of the chapter and book
templates was needed to make this work. So I've done that and uploaded
the revised files.
The tweaks involved adding two paragraph styles some hidden fields to
ensure that parts of the chapter files are hidden when they are
combined into a book. The hidden elements are the guide name and the
"designed to be read onscreen" notice on the chapter title page, plus
the chapter copyright and TOC pages.
Soon I will update the explanations about the styles in the templates
and the instructions for using them to produce a book.
Later I'll be putting together master docs for the various books and
uploading them as well.
But now... back to writing/reviewing/editing for awhile...
