I've retracted this chapter. I know it's a big beast to start with but I don't anticipate making huge alterations.
My plan is to get something done - anything - then await feedback on my efforts and build confidence that way. I don't want to run before I can walk, so you should expect only mild suggestions rather than significant editing. Hopefully I can get that done fairly quickly so that it isn't out of circulation too long (because it probably needs urgent attention in order to be up-to-speed with the other chapters).
