Since there are two suggested changes mentioned, my comments will follow

It was very awkward. I have changed this part and uploaded the
file with that modification. Thank you for finding this for me. I
recently reviewed this file, and I did not even notice this.
in page 71, there are some instructions.

However, there isn't the Date field in Fuel Economy query. There isn't
any instruction
to add the Date field into Fuel Economy query. I checked previous
instruction, but I
couldn't find. So it should be added.
This section is for adding Fuelcost into End-reading query and adding
the FuelCost
field from the End-Reading query to the Fuel Economy query. So after
that, it will be
good to insert an instruction for adding the Date field to Fuel Economy query.
Before making a report.
You are right. The Fuel Economy query does not have a date field in
it. I was referring to the Vacation Fuel Purchases which should have
been mentioned three numbered paragraphs above this one. (The "Group
fields" paragraph is in the paragraph numbered 6, and the query to be
used for this report should be mentioned in the paragraph numbered 3.)
Again, than you very much for the work you have done. The things you
have found show that you take your word serious and are willing to look
very closely at the document.
