1. I can't see ko folder on the main page of oooauthors. Of course I
can see when I
log in though.

Your permissions should be okay now, and the ko folder should be
visible to people who are not logged in. After you log in, you should
be able to edit the first page of the ko section to translate it. If
you cannot, let me know and I'll see what other permissions you need.
