You want ONE Release Candidate (RC5) file in English (US) for

Just to add an IMHO important point: The RC versions install as full
versions, so they override existing versions.
Therefore it might be reasonable not to install them on a productive
system but on a different computer aimed for testing.
(In contrast, development versions install in parallel by default -
leaving the existing productive version untouched.)

I heartily recommend parallel running, as per:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Run_OOo_versions_parallel
I use this under Windows Vista, and have several RC versions in parallel
with my 3.1.1 "production" system.
Security under WV is more of a problem than the page indicates. I will
be adding a tip or two; the biggest one is how to invoke the parallel
version: put a shortcut on the Desktop, and modify it by selecting the
"Run as Administrator" option in the shortcut properties. That way, you
get one "allow / cancel" message when you start, but no problems after that.
