Yes, please do. Use track changes, change the filename of the reviewed
copy (add your initials and date) and put it into the Feedback folder
for Getting Started.

Yes it is, several pages into the chapter. However, the presence of
that Wizard may be a good argument for rearranging the chapter, which
was organised in a similar sequence to the other chapters -- but that
sequence doesn't fit what the new user sees. This is why newcomers to
our group are so valuable -- you spot things like that.
