Sandeep I had this this morning and I did View>Print Layout and if that doesn't correct it, try it a second time. It worked for me when I did it the second time.
To be honest, I've been experiencing problems in Writer with other menu options, particularly Format>Styles and Formatting. I'm having to do that twice too to get the box to come up.
