A draft of Ch1 of the Base Guide is on the website, I think it probably needs more than just "proofreading" as it has been worked on by several people and not seriously edited (unless that happened when I wasn't paying attention). But you are good at spotting bigger editorial issues so you can probably be very helpful there. I assume you have read the Getting Started with Bse chapter.
There is also a mid-level Base tutorial which I think some others have been reviewing, but I'm not sure what stage that is at right now. I think most of the discussion has been on the d...@docs list. Claire or someone else can probably tell you more.
