The latest patch renames the macro to plural (e.g.
AC_FC_CRAY_POINTERS), and also introduces an additional macro for F77
compilers.

I was contacted by FSF today, so I'll begin the copyright assignment
process ASAP.  I will let you know once it's been completed.
