Macro to find the options of nice?

Apparently, nice can be invoked in many different ways, depending on the Unix 
you use. Putting "nice -n 20 myprogram" is not portable.
 
Did someone write a AC_CHECK_NICE which yields the actual way to reduce the 
priority of a process to the lowest possible value?
