etags flags

	I'm a beginner in autotools, and I known the existence of 
AM_ETAGSFLAGS and ETAGSFLAGS. But I don't known how to set it from the 
configure.in file to add the '--members' option to etags in all 
directories of my project.

	Can some one help me?
