heads up -- releasing sed 4.0e using autoconf 2.59a

Hi everybody,

I just placed on ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/sed/sed-4.0e.tar.gz a beta 
release of sed that uses CVS autoconf.  Hopefully this will provide some 
helpful information.
