Er, that's not quite right.  It does have /LIBPATH which I guess is more
or less an analogue for -L:
<http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/1xhzskbe.aspx>.  So you could
use that instead of having to mess with the environment if you want to
keep things more consistent between the two.
