Hi people,

First off, I have 7 Linux boxes here in our research lab all running
patched 2.2.14 with autofs-4.0.0pre6. Everything is running smoothly and
appears stable. (Maps are shared via NIS.) We hit the drives pretty hard
running experiments, compiling, and debugging. Thanks for all of the hard
work. :-)

One of the 7 refuses to let remote hosts mount it's exported directories
via autofs. The error message is
Feb 17 10:45:00 thoth mountd[2264]: authenticated mount request from
entropy:601 for /research/evans (/research)
Feb 17 10:45:00 thoth mountd[2264]: getfh failed: Function not implemented

The version of mount is mount-2.10f. The exported dir *can* be mounted
via NFS. Local access is fine (of course circumventing autofs). Can
someone please clue me in?

                thanks,
                Rich
