i ported this script to caldera open linux 2.3 and the autofs-pre4
package.

i just added a function caldera() similar to the existing functions
redhat and debian, but i also made some minor changes in debian because
i think it should be "start-stop-daemon --start --pidfile $pidfile
--quiet --exec $DAEMON -- $daemonoptions $mnt $rest" instead of
"$daemonoptions" before the "--".

oehm please insert the standard disclaimer here... but perhaps it proves
useful.
