small make install bug in autofs-3.1.5

Hi,

I was trying to install autofs 3.1.5 using the --prefix option in configure.
Everything went fine until "make install". The problem that occurred then
is that in the daemon and man parts the "install -d" is missing to create
the (possibly) not yet existing directories.
