mounting links like amd

Hi,

is it possible to link something with autofs, like amd did with

user1 type:=link;fs:=/afs/.samplecell/home/${key} 
?
(I can't see how to mount afs resp. arla filesystems with autofs, so I
wish to do it like amd worked)
