Yes (op de mailinglijst is engels wel zo netjes), the script that creates these links, I cannot find. However, the script at http://wesp.wau.nl/zoek/ is a search engine that indexes smb shares once a day. Searching via it's http interface yields hyperlinks to files like /smb/137.224.422.224-whatever/file1.txt When accessing this, the script at http://wesp.wau.nl/zoek/smbhelp.html automounts the share and enables you to access the file. This works very well as long as the host or the share do not have a space in their names (bug in autofs). For a company with 500 windows machines and people needing to access each others files all the time, I can imagine this is a helpful tool. Bye, Jos
