hi ya

i use /.net  and symlink everything to/from /net/<foo> to /.net
and havent had any problems  w/  ls -la /net/<machine>/anything...
        - i do the same with the solaris boxes too ...

good for   "diff /net/master/etc/passwd /net/<all_machines>/etc"
